These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SecuLink, operated by Liffy Solutions, Kilkenny, Ireland. By accessing or using SecuLink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1) The Service
SecuLink is a secure link shortener that allows you to create and share shortened URLs and use related tools, including link creation and management, optional password protection and expiration, QR code generation, analytics and click tracking, public tools such as Click Counter, Unshorten, Report Malicious, and Security Check, plus integrations through API and webhooks where available.
2) Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the service. If you use SecuLink on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Some features may be available without an account. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SecuLink to create, share, or distribute links that are illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive. This includes phishing, malware, ransomware, scams, fraud, impersonation, deceptive redirects, spam campaigns that violate law, intellectual property infringement, privacy-law violations, attempts to bypass security features or rate limits, and using the service to harm or interfere with the service, other users, or third-party systems.
We may investigate suspected abuse and take action, including removing links, limiting access, or suspending accounts.
4) Your Links and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the URLs you shorten and the content they point to.
- You must make sure you have permission to share and distribute the destination content.
- You are responsible for keeping passwords for password-protected links confidential.
- You must manage expiration settings appropriately for your use case.
- You must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
We do not control third-party destination websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
5) Analytics, Click Tracking, and Reporting
SecuLink may provide analytics, click tracking, and usage statistics such as total clicks, referrers, device or browser type, and approximate location insights. You agree not to use analytics or tracking features to violate privacy laws or collect sensitive personal data unlawfully.
6) Security Tools and User Reports
SecuLink provides tools such as Unshorten, Security Check, and Report Malicious to support safer browsing and reporting. Security Check and Unshorten are informational tools and do not guarantee that a link is safe or unsafe. Reports may be reviewed and used to prevent abuse or enforce these Terms.
7) API and Webhooks
If you use the SecuLink API or webhooks, you must keep API keys secure, avoid abusing the API or bypassing rate limits, secure your webhook endpoints, and understand that we may change, deprecate, or limit API functionality to protect the service or improve performance.
8) Plans, Fees, and Billing
SecuLink may offer free and paid plans. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay listed fees and applicable taxes, understand that subscription charges may recur until canceled, and accept that plan limits may apply. We may update pricing or plan features with notice where required by law.
Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact info@liffys.com.
9) Suspension, Removal, and Termination
We may remove or disable links, restrict features, or suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, we suspect fraud, abuse, or security risk, we are required to do so by law, or action is necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
10) Intellectual Property
We own the service, its software, design, branding, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, logos, or source code except as necessary to use the service. You retain rights to your own content and URLs, subject to these Terms.
11) Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that links will always be available or uninterrupted, analytics will be error-free or complete, Security Check will detect all threats, or destination websites will be safe, accurate, or available. Use of the service is at your own risk.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liffy Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 0 if you used only the free plan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liffy Solutions from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your links or destination content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
14) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms with a new last-updated date. Continued use of SecuLink after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Ireland will have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer laws require otherwise.
